Shipping Information
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
- We ship through Mondays and Fridays (unless otherwise stated) excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We do not ship orders on the same day, and there is no store pick-up option currently.
- We only ship within Singapore, and shipping fee is a flat rate of $3.50, free for orders above $40.
Tracking Your Order
- Please check and confirm that you have the correct shipping address before checking out.
- You will receive an email notification with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
- If you notice a problem with your delivery, please contact the courier company directly prior to contacting us.
- As the delivery time is stated in good faith, and since it is not within our control, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery.
