Returns
Please choose your purchases carefully, Scent Serif does not accept returns for items on sale, or change of mind reasons.
Apart from that, we are happy to offer return and exchange within 7 days from delivered date.
If 7 days have passed after your purchase, we are unable to accommodate an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original sealed packaging, unused, and in the brand new condition that you received it.
Unless we have sent you a wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of the return and exchange.
Refunds
As we do not offer refunds, store credit/exchange will be offered.
Lost or Damaged Items Received
We are unable to refund without actual receipt of goods or proof of returns received.
As we ship orders through trackable doorstep delivery service, Scent Serif is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
We will, however, work with the courier company to sort out the issue for you.
