Are these real brand fragrances?

No, we create blends inspired by brand fragrances. While we are in no way affiliated with the mentioned brands, we uphold the highest standards to bring our customers affordable alternatives.

I need to edit my information/change my shipping address.

As our warehouse starts processing your order as soon as it is received, please check your details before placing your order. If you need to correct any information on your order, please email us ASAP with your order number and the information.

When will my order be shipped out?

Please allow us at least 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to process the order. Do note that this lead time does not include the shipping time, and the courier provider may experience delays on peak seasons.

Can I self-collect the order?

We do apologise that self-collect option is not available at the moment.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For local orders, the delivery time is approximately within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

I tried to add an item to cart but it is sold out. What can I do?
